Deposit and cancellations
How the deposit works.
A 20% deposit secures your booking and comes off the session price. The balance is paid at the studio. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit carries over or is refunded. Inside 24 hours, or if you do not attend, the deposit is kept.
